The short answer

Lovable's subscription plans page: students and teachers at universities, colleges, and schools get 50% off for up to 12 months on the Pro plan with 100 credits per month, billed monthly. Lovable verifies your status on lovable.dev/students by checking the domain of your account's email address against a list of academic institutions.

What to do

  1. Log in with an account registered to your academic email. That address can't be changed, so if your account uses a personal email, create a new account with your academic email.
  2. Open lovable.dev/students, select Verify student status, choose Student or Teacher and answer the short questions.
  3. Subscribe to Pro for Students. Your verification stays valid for 12 months.

Good to know

  • Verification is available only to workspaces on the Free plan, and each person can use the discount once. Lovable does not offer the discount again after you cancel.
  • Higher Pro credit tiers, annual billing, and other plans are not available with the discount. Credit top-ups are charged at standard prices.
  • If your institution's domain is not recognized, select Why did this happen? and then Request review.
