Privacy
Short version: we only use what you send us to help you, we never publish it without your permission, and this website doesn't track you.
What you send us
The intake form asks what you built, which tool you used, what is broken, whether the app is live, optional links or screenshots, your email and anything else you want to add. The form is provided by Tally, whose own privacy policy applies to how the form itself is hosted. If you message us on Instagram instead, Instagram's terms apply to that conversation.
How we use it
- To understand the problem, diagnose it and help you fix it.
- To contact you about your submission.
- We don't sell it, share it with advertisers or use it for marketing lists.
Publishing
Nothing you send is published unless you explicitly agree. You choose whether a case is shown with your name, anonymously, or kept private. Help doesn't depend on that choice. If you have a live app with real users, don't post its details anywhere public, including comments.
This website
- No analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies set by us.
- The 10-minute checklist saves your ticks in your own browser (local storage). They never reach us.
- Case videos load from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, and only after you press play.
- The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.
Deleting your submission
Ask us to delete what you sent through the intake form or an Instagram DM to @ctrlztherapy, and we will delete it.
