The short answer
Type /goal at the start of a build message, or pick Goal from the menu that opens when you type a slash, and Lovable works on that one message until the goal is achieved, for up to 10 hours, without pausing to ask you questions. A goal costs noticeably more than a regular build message. Lovable's docs say a goal can take hours to finish and use a large number of credits, so use it for work where a complete result matters more than speed or cost.
What to do
- Before you send a goal, describe what a finished result looks like and the decisions you care about. Lovable decides anything you leave open.
- Set up any connectors and secrets the work needs first.
- While it works, send follow-up messages to adjust the direction, or click the stop button to stop the work.
Good to know
- A goal still pauses at your credit check-in level and asks whether to continue. With the default level of 20 credits, a large goal pauses several times along the way.
