The short answer

Supabase's changelog of October 8, 2026 says status.supabase.com runs on incident.io's status page, and the URL is unchanged. Email subscribers were resubscribed automatically, but SMS, Slack, webhook and RSS subscriptions did not carry over. The new platform supports only email, RSS and Slack, so SMS and webhook notifications are no longer available.

What to do

  1. Subscribed through SMS, Slack, webhook or RSS? Resubscribe at status.supabase.com.
  2. Relied on text alerts? Switch to email or Slack.
  3. On email, subscribe to the specific products and regions that matter most to you, so you only hear about incidents that affect you.
