Can you publish a Lovable app only for testers on the Free plan? Invite only

The short answer

Yes. Lovable's docs say that on Free and Pro plans you can publish your app as Invite only: only people you add can visit the published app, after logging in. You can add workspace members by name, or invite people outside your workspace by email, up to 10 people per project. The project owner, workspace owners and people the project is shared with directly can always open an invite-only site.

What to do

  1. In the publish dialog, open Who can view your site? and select Invite only.
  2. Add your testers. Invited people get an email with a link and log in with the invited address; they can create a Lovable account with it.
  3. Ready to launch? Change website access to Public. That works on any plan.

Good to know

  • Publishing to your whole workspace or to groups still needs a Business or Enterprise plan.
