The short answer
Lovable's Custom domain docs: Needs attention means Lovable found a connection problem. The warning explains whether DNS records need correcting or the connection needs another check. A common cause is records from a previous host, which can send some or all visitors there instead of your app.
What to do
- Read the warning below the domain and follow it.
- At your DNS provider, compare the A, AAAA and CNAME records with the ones Lovable shows, and remove records from your previous host.
- Open the domain's three dots menu and select Check again. If the records look right, select Fix this in the warning to review the setup.
Good to know
- DNS changes may take up to 72 hours to propagate, though most updates are live within a few hours.
- If you have CAA records, they must allow Lovable to issue SSL certificates.
