The short answer
Not as a native app. Lovable's FAQ says it builds web applications and doesn't generate native apps. Its two paths are a Progressive Web App that people add to their home screen, or wrapping your published URL with a tool such as Capacitor and submitting that. But Apple's guideline 4.2 asks for features, content and UI that elevate an app beyond a repackaged website, and the Apple Developer Program is 99 USD per membership year.
What to do
- Start with the home screen version (a PWA).
- Add features that make it work like an app, not just a website.
- Then wrap it, for example with Capacitor, and submit it.
